Terms and Conditions – hi309 Online Gaming Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hi309 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). The Terms apply to all use of the hi309 website, mobile application, and any services made available through either.

By registering an account on hi309, logging in to an existing account, or placing any bet or wager on any section of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any part of the platform. Continued use of hi309 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use hi309, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. hi309 does not permit players under this age to register, access, or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering for yourself, as an individual player. Corporate registrations, joint accounts or accounts held on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order applied through hi309 or through any responsible gaming process that restricts your access to gaming services.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during the registration process. False information provided during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

hi309 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point — including before processing a withdrawal, after a large win, or as part of routine KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance. Verification typically involves confirming your CNIC number, mobile number or payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

3Account Rules

One account per player. Each individual may hold only one active hi309 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same mobile number, same CNIC, same device or same payment method — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, hi309 may close all related accounts, void any associated winnings and retain balances pending investigation.

Account credentials. Your username and password are your personal responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. hi309 will never ask you to provide your password through email, live chat or any other channel. Any activity that takes place through your account while you are logged in — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility.

Accurate information. You must keep your account information current and accurate. If your mobile number, payment method or other registered details change, update your account accordingly. hi309 is not liable for failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

Account inactivity. Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. hi309 may apply an inactivity notice before taking any action on dormant accounts. Players will be notified through their registered contact details before any balance adjustment.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hi309 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as available at the time of transaction.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your hi309 wallet after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically near-instant under normal network conditions. hi309 does not impose a platform-side delay on confirmed deposits.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for the original deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, KYC verification may be required. Once verification is complete, it covers all future withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method and are not solely within hi309's control — mobile wallet withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers.

Funds usage. Deposited funds are held in your hi309 wallet for use on the platform only. Funds may not be transferred to another player's account. hi309 does not pay interest on wallet balances.

Minimum and maximum amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and may vary by payment method. These amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within your account.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or wager on any section of hi309 — including the Sports Betting section, Casino games, Live Casino tables, Bingo rooms or Fish Games — you accept the specific rules that apply to that game or event in addition to these general Terms.

Sports Betting. All bets are subject to the rules of the specific sport and competition. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with hi309's sport-specific rules displayed within the Bet section. Live in-play bets that have been confirmed before a market is suspended are valid. Bets placed after the actual start of an event (where the platform was unaware of the start) may be voided at hi309's discretion.

Casino and Live Casino. Game outcomes in Casino slots and table games are determined by a certified random number generator. Live Casino outcomes are determined by the physical results of the live dealer's actions — card deals, wheel spins and other real-world events visible in the video stream. In the event of a technical disruption to a live game, hi309 follows the game provider's settlement rules for incomplete rounds.

Maximum winnings. hi309 reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet or single-session winning limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or bet section and may vary by game type and stake level.

Errors and malfunctions. In the event of an error affecting odds, game outcomes or payouts — whether caused by a technical malfunction, human error or data feed failure — hi309 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies to any section of the platform.

6Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, hi309 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions or other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be displayed at the time the offer is made. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. hi309 determines eligibility at its sole discretion and may restrict or withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
• Bonuses may carry wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of any applicable wagering requirements being met.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited and will result in the bonus being voided and the duplicate accounts being closed.
• hi309 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to affected players.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hi309. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated tools: Bots, scripts, macros or any automated software used to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit game mechanics are not permitted.
• Exploiting software errors: If you become aware of a bug, glitch or error that produces incorrect odds, unintended payouts or unexpected game behaviour, you must not exploit it. Report it to support immediately. Winnings generated through a known error will be voided.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players — whether at Live Casino tables, in Bingo rooms or in any other multiplayer context — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players is prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using hi309 to process, conceal or transfer proceeds from illegal activity is strictly prohibited. hi309 cooperates with applicable financial intelligence requirements and may report suspicious activity where required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately used on the platform is considered a fraudulent act. Accounts with active chargeback disputes will be suspended pending investigation.
• Providing false information: Submitting false identity documents, using another person's payment method or providing inaccurate registration details are all prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

8Account Suspension and Closure

hi309 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of prohibited tools
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements
• A self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Extended inactivity with no login for a prolonged period

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a closure is initiated by hi309 for reasons not related to player misconduct — for example, a business decision to exit a particular market — any verified balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so through the account settings or by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not forfeit any verified balance, which will be processed for withdrawal upon request.

9Responsible Gaming

hi309 is an entertainment platform. Gaming should be enjoyable and within a budget you are comfortable losing. It is not a reliable source of income and past results do not predict future outcomes in any game or bet.

hi309 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap from your account settings. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a duration after which the platform will display a reminder of how long your session has been active.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent block on your account. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion periods are honoured immediately.

10Privacy and Data

This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud and comply with applicable requirements.

hi309 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and, where legally required, with financial intelligence authorities.

11Limitation of Liability

hi309 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and game availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any section of the platform and are not liable for losses arising from technical outages, third-party service interruptions or network issues outside our control.

hi309 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from a player's own decision to place a bet or wager
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with another person
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by the player's payment provider
• Losses arising from network or device issues on the player's side during a live game or live bet
• Any indirect, consequential or financial losses beyond the amount deposited in a single disputed session

Where a game or bet is affected by a technical error on hi309's side, the sole remedy available to the player is a stake refund for the affected round or bet. hi309 does not compensate for anticipated winnings on voided bets beyond the return of the original stake.

12Changes to These Terms

hi309 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through their registered contact details or through a notice displayed on the platform at login.

The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the change takes effect.

We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly before making large deposits or engaging with a new section of the platform for the first time.
