Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, username and password. You must confirm you are 18 or over and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Once you submit, you will receive an SMS verification code. Enter the code to activate your account. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Yes. You must be 18 years old or over to register, deposit and play on hi309. Age is verified at registration and again before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to under-18 users are closed immediately, deposits refunded, and any winnings voided.

No. Each person is allowed one hi309 account only. Duplicate accounts are detected and result in all linked accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited. If you previously had an account and cannot access it, contact [email protected] rather than creating a new one.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered mobile number and you will receive an SMS with a reset link. If you also registered an email, you can receive the link there instead. Click the link and set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number, email [email protected] with your CNIC details.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to upload a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC, and in some cases a selfie holding the document. Once submitted, verification is typically completed within a few hours during business days. You only need to do this once.

Yes, but you need to do this while your old number is still active. Log in, go to Account Settings, and update the mobile number. You will need to verify both the old and new numbers via SMS. If your old number is already inactive, email [email protected] with your CNIC information to proceed.
Deposits & PKR Payments

hi309 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards for PKR deposits. Mobile wallets are the fastest option — deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reach your hi309 wallet within a few minutes of confirmation.

The minimum deposit is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, but self-imposed deposit limits can be set from your account settings at any time. If you set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap, deposits above that limit will be blocked until the period resets.

First, wait 10–15 minutes — occasionally there is a brief processing delay during high-traffic periods. If the funds still have not appeared after that time, email [email protected] with your registered mobile number, the transaction amount, the date and time, and the payment method used (e.g. JazzCash). Attach the transaction confirmation screenshot if you have one. The team will trace the payment and credit your wallet.

hi309 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges depending on the type of transfer. Check your payment provider's fee schedule if you are unsure.
Withdrawals

Log in to your hi309 account and go to the Withdraw section in your wallet. Select your withdrawal method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the PKR amount and confirm. For your first-ever withdrawal, you will need to complete CNIC identity verification before the funds are released. Subsequent withdrawals using the same verified method are processed without additional verification.

Most PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on the bank. Withdrawal processing is done during business hours — requests submitted late at night or over public holidays may experience a slight delay. Your wallet balance is held while the withdrawal is pending.

Common reasons include: identity verification not yet completed, a bonus wagering requirement not yet met, withdrawal details not matching your registered name, or a security review triggered by unusual account activity. For Cricket, this means you can bet on the next over's run total, who will take the next wicket, or which team will win from the current position. In-play markets open once a match starts and close shortly before the event they cover.

Bets are settled once the relevant event or market is officially determined. For cricket matches, settlement usually happens within a few hours of the match concluding. Winning returns, including the original stake, are credited directly to your PKR wallet and are immediately available for further betting or withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotions

After registering, check your account dashboard for any available welcome bonus offer. Opt in to the bonus before making your first deposit. Once you deposit the qualifying PKR amount, the bonus is credited to your account. Read the specific bonus terms carefully before claiming — wagering requirements, game restrictions and expiry periods all vary.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before the winnings from it can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place PKR 10,000 in total bets before you can withdraw funds generated from that bonus. Wagering progress is tracked in your account.

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated once wagering requirements are fully met can be withdrawn. If you want to withdraw your real-money balance before completing wagering, the active bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited. Your original deposit remains withdrawable, subject to no other restrictions.
